No way a real hunter makes this decision, low lit, 200 yards away and he could not be sure what the target was ?

No this gun was trying to kill a human and used this bs excuse to get away with it, no one should believe this guys bs story he should be in jail for murder.

How anyone in court bought this I will never know cause it sounds like the biggest lie in the book.

Most hunters do not use a pistol, most hunters do not hunt in low light conditions, shoot at movement/sound, or are not sure of what they are firing at.

If anyone had actually read the article, you'd have read the line about it being a 'single shot' pistol. This wasn't a normal, everyday pistol. This is some kind of tricked out bullshit that he was using for hunting.

Single shot eh. As I suspected, it was probably a handgun designed to hunt larger game. Still needs to face jail time. But they do have surprisingly be accurate handguns with scopes. It's possible it really was a mistake.
