I can't play right now but I can add you anyways if you want. I haven't done them in awhile because the other two friends I used to play with don't play it anymore so these days it's just me and my gf.
But shit even if I had her on it won't be enough. I've been in the situation where it was me, her, and another friend and we needed one.... Just one more person.... An hour and a half passed and we never get the one setup mission done because we kept getting a dude who was dying or would leave and force us back into a public lobby.

The matchmaking and loading screens of GTA missions is abysmal and rage inducing, especially with heists.

It'll never get any better. As someone who grinded them on PS3 and eventually PS4 the randumbs never get better or learn how to do them. I've had the Pacific Standard Finale just there ready to go for over a year since I last played with my gf and two irl friends because it's impossible to find 2 people randomly through invites who know what to do or will stay in the game. Even after all these years there are are still people who will take 20 attempts to even make it to the bikes, if they make it at all don't rage quit. So many people don't even know to fucking turn right in the alley jump down... And even worse than that is you'll get people who you invite to the finale, and the finale alone, who say "give me 25%" even though they did none of the set ups and don't realize the bias towards the host of the heist is because it costs you money to start and you get nothing for the setups.
I remember someone bitching at me to give him 25%, I said no and why and he wouldn't ready up, so after 5 mins or so I quit the job, started it again, sent out invites, and the same dude joined. He was a relatively high level, was talking shit about how he deserved a "fair share" but ultimately reluctantly readied up that time..... Then the dude couldn't carry his weight for shit, like we weren't even able to make it to the alley without him dying. Suddenly he'd gone radio silent and wasn't using his mic anymore. We reloaded at least a couple dozen times and never made it to the bike checkpoint... Then my gf and I realized how long we'd wasted with that we just got off.

Well mostly just do custom jobs or do business stuff in solo public lobbies to grind for what we want and then fuck around. But luckily I have a lot of money anyways, I think I have like 70 million just from grinding Pacific Standard with my friends, especially those double money weekends.

I feel your pain though. Nobody plays shit except whatever has a double payout for the week, these days.

It's literally the reason Rockstar unlocked all the vehicles that unlock through playing heists. Because nobody plays anything except Free Mode business shit and 2x Weekly Events.

To be fair that's the system they've put in place. They've forced it to be Grind Theft Auto if you want any chance of being able to buy the new stuff. It's basically just a constant state of
"I'll keep grinding now so I'll have the money to buy stuff I want and then I'll have fun"
*All the new content is super expensive*
*buys something and has no money*
"Well I should go ahead and just grind some more that way I have some money by the time the next DLC comes and I won't have to grind then too. I'll just get all the grinding out at once and then do nothing but fun"
Then the cycle never ends unless you just dedicate your life to it or you just buy shark cards to make the grinding temporarily go away.
I mean they've gotten to a point where the most expensive shark card you can buy is $100 and there's some content that you still would be millions of dollars short of affording.
All it's bred is a toxic community that doesn't want to just have fun but instead wants to either grind non stop or be needlessly an asshole and fuck over other people who are most likely trying to grind.

The PC community is better in that tons of hackers will just give everyone money, but also worse because there's the douche hackers who will just be like "lol I'm insta killing everyone in the lobby at once" or even worse people who will try to do those insurance hacks to actually drain your bank account by making it register you destroying another players car repeatedly. And some of the cars now can be able to drain like 50k at a time for you. You could lose hundreds of thousands before you can even back out of the lobby.
But again, at least people are constantly getting money.

I'm actually sad that I never got to get one of those money droppers back on PS3 have me set for life in the game like some people >_> I knew a guy that had something in the billions that R* never removed after someone was dropping armored truck money bags back before they removed those.
