Yes, Persona 5 is like that. As always it isn't easy to get everything done without a guide or some sort of outline, but there are ways to fix certain things. For example, the Fortune S. Link at a certain level gives you the ability to pick any active S. Link and pay 5,000 to auto level your next encounter with them. The battle system is much better than 3 and 4. The story and characters are the best of the three too, imo. As far as The Division is concerned, I personally wouldn't suggest it.
