Persona 5 you're seeing around ~100-150 hours from start to finish, Nier Automata ~60 hours from start to finish with every ending...

better question is how much free time do you have.

Depends on your mood and how important the game's story for you.
if you didn't care about story and just want some fun in action games, Nier.
if you care about story and wants to be in good mood, P5
if you care about story and ready for the feels, Nier.
and if you don't care about the story, why bother with JRPGs like P5?
