I asked for her number like a month or two ago but she refused and instead gave me her Snapchat. Then told another female coworker that she's just not interested in me.

Then like a week ago, we both get off at around the same time, opens up to me about her life, about how she just broke up with her boyfriend for religious reasons (didn't want to be tempted by sex since apparently she used to be sex crazed) and we have a nearly 2 hour long conversation in her car. I'm just being super casual, I'm making jokes, she's laughing at them and she's talking my ear off (in a good way). She tells me this story and is tapping me on the knee while she's mentioning tapping on somebody to get their attention.

Normally this would be clear signs of at least mild attraction, but the girl rejected me and told our mutual friend that she's not interested so I'm confused as to whether or not I even have a chance. I could either be super friendzoned (which I already have an out of since she's transferring back to her old store next week) or somehow, I reversed her whole perspective on me.
