I've never heard of these things. I'm assuming bouncing shots means ricocheting off of the surrounding environment? That sounds very dangerous.

Their gear isn't high enough level to properly take advantage of those tactics in the first place. That's more of a revolver technique.

Revolver Ocelot is a fictional character and no cop is going to head shot 6 thugs in 3 seconds by bouncing shots off of metal ducts.
