No one in the U.S. would be jobless if they don't want to be because companies can afford to not outsource jobs to other countries and have all employees here in the U.S., employees would be happy af, it would help would the companies financially and they'd be more flexible with other stuff, etc.

CEO pay is a boogeyman.

Not sure where you're going with this but the focus of that picture seems to be "he doesn't make much more than anyone else or give himself more status"

That's great, but even 200,000,000 isn't that much if you're splitting it among all the employees of the corporation. Plus it's one of the most stressful jobs out there for bigger places I'd assume
