According to CE, all we can do is end multiculturalism and diversity. It is a failed experiment that only holds back society.

Multiculturalism isn't an issue if you ask me. It's the forced diversity that is pretty awful.

If 13% of your population is black (using this as an example), then having a work space where 13% of the employees are black, isn't such a strange thing.

But forcing companies to bump that number up because diversity, means that people are more often selected on the colour of their skin, rather than their merit and whether they are the best person for the job.

The easiest way to put a stop to it, is stop trying to uphold bogus quotas.
