yeah britain isn't even the shining beacon of the world

we've made some terrible choices in the past decade or so (e.g. being so close to the US, leaving the EU) and we are just as affected by the rising wave of alt-right/nationalist/hatred as what's happening in america

Move to Canada, that's pretty much what the US would have been if it had remained colonized by the UK and it is much better in quite a few aspects than the US, especially nowadays.
