If they are vacation days, how many do you actually use?

I get a measly 10 vacation days. We don't have any official allotment of sick days, we can just take as many as we need (which encourages people to avoid taking any).

15 paid vacation days
6 paid sick days

I use maybe 1 sick day/year, and probably 10 vacation days. We can roll over 1x per year (so my max would be 30 days before they no longer accumulate and I start to lose them).

I accrue 5.3 hrs of vacation every pay period. I can hold a maximum of 480 vacation hrs at one time. I currently have 380hrs of vacation. I usually sell 40 hrs of vacation every year and take one week of a year usually my anniversary.

Two weeks of vacation, 11~ days for various holidays, two weeks of sick time

Been at places that only gave one vacation day for every year you've worked at a place- das rough.

I have two jobs and can scale my weeks from zero hours to seventy hours, so I have as much time off as I want. I just don't choose to take very much, because I like money probably more than is healthy. Even today I'm working a wedding at 3 pm.

7 optional days (sick/personal days)

My job is really flexible with my hours though. If I have something I need to do during the week I can just take off and make up the time whenever.

Like an extra two weeks of unpaid vacation days when work is closed around Christmas time. I have the option of coming in if I really need the money. I have never chosen to do so.

Basically 4 weeks but could be more. I accrue 2 weeks vacation a year and get 2 weeks paid leave at the start of every January. I also accrue long sick time which can be used after a paid day is used.

Plus I get extra holidays because government work.

my last job had 26 >.> that's the con i get for working for an american company

some government workers get 26-30 days per year in the UK

I'll be getting an additional 5 days in may of 2018.

I haven't used much this year. I'm banking as much leave as I can for next year and moving forward.
