Emotions are relative to whatever springs up at the moment, moments pass and fade, they're essentially phantoms, have no substance, I don't attach meaning to emotions any more than I attach realistic emotions to cartoon characters. In other words, love isn't real. People who have sex aren't in love. They're just satisfying their natural urge to reproduce. People who give gifts on valentines day don't do it because they love the person. They either feel obligated to because of the way v-day is portrayed, or for fear of their partner getting mad at them and refusing sex. It's like some times people get upset when I tell them that what they call "love" is just them finding a particular person attractive who they want to eventually have sex with, it's just a way of motioning to the other person so they allow themselves to be touched whenever they're horny. If love were true, then it would last, but it keeps being exposed as a fraud repeteadly by the very people who literally swear their lives to a person and then as soon as they get their sex out of them, they find a fault with them, and out goes that "Forever promise" out the window that they were supposedly willing to bet their lives on. It's such a scam and a hoax, and people still push it like it's true.
