In the middle of bitching me out, he took me calmly and politely defending myself as "disrespecting him" and "talking back." He turned his tirade from a criticism of what he thought I did wrong into a personal attack on me. He tried to say I had no work ethic but he got tongue tied and said I had no "work ethnic." I started laughing and a few other people who he initially accused started laughing as well. Then he just got madder and told me he was writing me up and sent me home for the day.
The look on his face when he realized he said ethnic instead of ethic was hilarious. I wish I had a gif of it. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I've already talked to the other manager about him writing me up today and she said he was wrong to do that and would take care of it. She doesn't like him either.
