The first image shows it has a video-play UI thing (whatever you wanna call it).

Second one shows it literally BUFFERING lmao

Third one is just to show that it's the same image. The possibility was that maybe it's a video of 10 different pictures, but I highlighted all the way across and it's the same image, start to finish.

Do they make money off this somehow? There are times too where the occasional image will have added little wisps of smoke or something, as if they're intentionally trying to catch your eyes with movement.

Videos probably are given higher priority in ther sorting algorithm, so content generators are taking advantage of that
