32 y/o Heifer, Jody Warner, the ex Dallas county Republican Assistant D.A wiped away her tears as she sobbed uncontrollably during a press conference after her firing!!

She was given the boot after a video of her berating and abusing an Uber Driver went viral as the now former assitant told reporters she was sorry for her foul mouthed tirade but also defended herself stating "I embarrassed my family, i embarrassed myself. That is not who i am. I want to apologize for my language to the district attorney's office for embarrasing the office that i love very much and respect very much"

She was assistant to Republican Faith Johnson, the first black DA in Dallas.

Shaun Platt, an Uber Driver drove her home one night from the bar and he got lost driving her home and Jody started screaming at him and hitting him for going the wrong way as she was drunk as a mule in the car.

She denied ever assaulting him but admitted to the verbal tirade as she says her experience as a prosecutor made her hyper-vigilant and that's why she acted out.

She also threatened to get him fired and blacklisted from other jobs if he went public with this because she "knew people"

Shaun is also APOLOGIZING for ever getting Jody fired as he was shocke that she was fired for it and said he didn't mean to get her fired but said her actions needed to be told.

Jody says her BEST FRIEND is an Uber Driver and she would never threaten them as she CHOKED BACK when stating she didn't believe she was above anyone else because of her job title.

Jody used to be part of the crimes against children unit and apologized to the victims and parents for failing to bring justice like she promised.
