So I was down on myself last night. The girl I had matched with on Tinder unmatched me a few hours after I took one users advice and sent her that "How YOU doin'?" gif as an opener. So I was just sitting around and then my phone goes off.

It was Joyce, the beautiful girl that I went on my first two dates ever with. She said she was really sorry for not texting me back the past few days but her grandma was really sick. I'm so happy right now that it wasn't something I did! I asked her if she still wanted to go on a third date and she said she definitely did!

SOOOOOOOOOOO, CE, here we are again where I ask you...what's an ideal setting for a third date?

Whatever you do, don't drive!

I kid, I kid.

Anyway, what have you done for your first two dates? I would suggest a good activity like bowling or miniputt. They're stupid but fun activities that allow a lot of space for conversation.
Also, get a couple of bottles of wine before the date (one white and red) and casually mention that you have some at your house, leaving the possibility open for her to go back home with you.

Ignoring all of the people making insensitive jokes, I live in NJ. So there is a bunch of stuff around in smaller towns unless we want to make a drive to a bigger city.

We got coffee for the first. Went bowling and had pizza the second.

So a little out of the box idea, what's your opinion(or hers) on art? See if there's an art museum near you. They tend to be free(or very cheap) and it gives you two time to get to know each other. If you find yourself running out of things to talk about, you can discuss the painting along the wall.

That's what my wife and I did on one of our first dates. She loves art and I was very whatever about it. Now I've grown a bigger appreciation for it because of her.

I mean just google "things to do in *insert your area*". You'll find plenty.

Don't do movies, at all

If you do the go kart or trampoline thing, make sure to go to a restaurant after that way you have a decent place to have a conversation.

Bounce room.

Skip the movie idea. It's trash for so early on in the relationship. You want to get to know each other, not sit in a dark room and not talk to each other.

Eh, honestly I wouldn't. Sounds a bit try hard at this point IMO. If she did it first then I wouldn't mind a bit of banter back and forth but at this point, nah.

.....no. The vast majority of girls don't give two craps about gaming and bringing it up is more than likely not an interesting subject. I avoid talk of video games nearly 100% of the time. Only time I can think of when I've talked about it was once when the conversation got on the subject of childhoods and we both reminisced about playing Super Nintendo games a kids. And I'm pretty sure she brought it up first. Basically it's not a subject I would ever talk about unless she talked about it first.

Solid series of joke topics, you're really on to an effective gimmick here but tone it down a bit with posts like the one about Allen, otherwise people will catch on way too easily

I'm getting pretty tired of people accusing me of making joke topics but not giving any reason as to why they feel that way. On top of that, I don't get how these topics would even be seen as funny, even in a distorted sense? I'm literally just asking for advice. I'm not making a mockery of anyone. Give me a reason why you feel that way or go to hell.

Third date isn't a bad time to go out and see a movie. I'm not a fan of movies for date 1 and maybe date 2, but I think it's fine for 3 and onward.

It also gives you a chance to gauge her interest in what she likes and if it's similar to your tastes. Like if she wants to go see something like Thor or Justice League, then you've probably got a good one, but if she suggests going to check out The Emoji Movie, then you know it's safe to "fair next" her.
