I want to always go. It's fun. I like improvement. Pretty girls. Gym bros.

Cardio is a waste of time? How is exercise a waste?
And weight is usually determined by diet and not exercise. Don't worry about over working. And define bulking. Usually most people think of bulking as eating a lot of crap and lifting more, which will net you more muscle with more fat. Yoga and actual running you arent building up those leg muscles on a treadmill just burning calories.
