Jared Fogle walked 2 miles to the subway, ordered a footlong on whole wheat with no cheese or shit like mayo, ate half there for lunch, walked 2 miles back, ate the other half for dinner. Drank predominantly water. This is roughly 1000 calories for the majority of his day. Assuming he ate a 400 calorie breakfast, he's well under the amount of calories your body burns normally every day and then burned off an extra 4 miles of walking on top of it. He likely got turkey with mustard on wheat bread with nothing else. Most of that menu is probably just as bad for you as a cheeseburger.
