Women are incapable too, but there's rarely a perceived threat when women fuck it up so it has a lesser effect. People are just terrible in general.

I don't know whether to just go yup, everyone in power is seemingly a shitter, or start getting more and more paranoid about new claims. Neither is probably the correct answer, but it's hard to swallow it all down.

This story honestly reads like it was a guy who was a bit of a creeper naturally, and was crossing a bit too far into personal boundaries and being oblivious about it, because he's a creeper, but ultimately could've been solved pretty easily by the girl just being forward with the guy and asking him to back off a bit.

I get why that can be awkward to do but I mean yeah nothing from the story really implies she ever deflected his advances at all and the entirety of her actions were directed at HR, who probably looked at the case and didn't really do much because she was acting too "nice" to him rather than just being a bit direct about it being awkward.

I mean it takes a lot of sting from her story when she's talking about being nervous about "asking questions in person."

The part about "He asked me work questions in person" is a little bit... Odd to be angry about.
