I"m trying to make sense of this. Like all the 4K videos I play from netflix, youtube, and hulu...ect. Anyways I'm trying to figure out do I need anymore speed then!?

Because those streaming 4K media are of a lower quality than if they had been played from a UHD disc.

25 meg is fine for streaming 4k. It's not ideal but it'll work fine.
