Morally? Yes, I'd eat a human being no problem.

Realistically? Fuck no, I feel like modern humans are riddled with diseases and toxins from all the disgusting oils they consume, the fast food they eat, the constant burned fossil fuels they inhale, all that smog and pollution, they must be dirty as heck. Having meat that tainted could probably kill a person that tries to consume it. At the very least cause a stomachache.
