That blue camo was utterly stupid considering they're standing on a gray ship, not fighting while swimming.
Now they're phasing it out for green camo. To my knowledge, they aren't exactly in combat scenarios on land either (unless they're special forces, which have their own camo). If you want camo, why not camouflage yourself to your actual environment? Or why even have camo in the Navy? Naval warfare isn't exactly about targeting individual people anyway. Almost nobody uses the working camos (NWU) underway. On the ships I was on, we all wore fire-retardant coveralls.

The closest I saw to this was Navy individual augmentees that wore ACU's.
