Seriously though: a large majority of us have been picked on here. People have claimed I'm a racist time and time again but I don't think they deserve criminal charges. I don't really care what they think.

I know what's in my heart and I don't hate anyone here - even guys that really get me angry.

GameFAQs has a TOU where if you don't follow the rules you can be banned. That's the worst they can do to you unless you incriminate yourself in a crime and they will report you to the authorities.

People saying "you're an X!" Isn't punishable in the court of law.

First claim is impossible, 2nd is untrue, 3rd is untrue, 4th is untrue, and 5th is also untrue. I pled not guilty years ago. I have a presumption if innocence. They spent 3 years so far without scheduling a trial. The paper where you read that bullshit even has judges and multiple attorneys agreeing NC is not pursuing those charges for whatever reason. It's because like I said from day 1. It was bullshit used to run me out of their little backwoods town.
