There's like 1 red herring that might come into play later, and I think there's only one unaccountable for character at the end of the season. Also, while there's certainly enough to make people interested in the second season, the ending is satisfying enough that you'll be content to leave it at that if you call it quits. --- My sister's dog bit a hole in my Super Mario Land cartridge.
