I was 127kg in May
Got down to 122 in the summer, but then back to 125.

Was 122 2 weeks ago.

Today 120

Feels good.

Steps I try to take.

- Stop eating when I'm full. I can usually overeat especially if it's good food.
- Avoid unhealthy night, late evening snacks, this is still a problem for me as I feel the need to eat.
- Avoid midday snacks, especially unhealthy stuff.
- Drink less alcohol, my medication makes it harder for me to drink so I do drink less.
- Avoid unnecessary sugar and carbs.

Not doing all this perfectly, but it's what I put my mind on.

I need to start having some kind of daily exercise too, not sure what, walks maybe, but it's hard to do mentally atm.

Nothing beats losing weight faster than going through a difficult divorce. I went from 85kg to 73kg today in less than 2 months.

Just marry someone, then get a divorce, you'll be mega thin in no time.

Depends on your coping strategies. For me food is my comfort, my reward and my "treat yourself" thing...so pretty much every situation that's connected to emotion I want to eat.

That's true. When I'm down, I literally can't eat anything. I took a bite from a sandwich and was full =( But hey! At least I'll be thin right?
