22 y/o Freak, Seth Estrada, who looks old, from California is charged with animal cruelty after he viciously STOMPED a couple's DOG to death AND killed their CAT because they were KICKING HIM OUT!!

He was arrested after his girlfriend's grandparents called police when they found their beloved Maltese, Rain, bleeding profusely...

Chuck Hayes, the owner said that Seth had killed their over dispute whether he can continue living with his granddaughter at their house and said he had to go.

When police arrived, Seth had yelled "I killed my first dog!"

Holly Hayes and Chuck are animal lovers who said Seth moved in a year ago. She said "He's been periodically hurting my animals since he moved in. They were all accidents, of course. It's never been this bad"

They finally wanted the jerk out but a neighbor said she heard Seth punching an animal that had purple ears and three times it started yelping in pain..

When the couple came home, they found the dog barely able to walk and bleeing out..He held the dog for a half hour but had to leave to pick up his grandson from school.

Seth then took the bleeding dog as Chuck yelled at himm "what'd you do? Give me that dog!"..the dog had already died at that point.

Seth claims he was trying to help the dog walk when it bit him and that he "accidentally" fell back and stepped in front of the dog's face.

A necropsy revealed that the dog had died from skull fractures, broken ribs, a collapsed spleen and internal hemmorhaging.

Seth also killed THREE other animals but said those were "accidents".

Holly and Chuck said that he killed their Cat after he broke its neck and tossed it out the window.

He is now in custody with his bail set at $20,000.

Should this animal murdering jerk be sent to Prison for this?
