No I don't drink View Results 32 y/o Heifer, Miranda Hopkins from Maine is charged with killing her 7 week old baby and said she "blacked out on booze and marijuana" and says one of her Autistic children committed the crime!! The booze wench took to the stand and threw her kids under the bus as she told the jury in crocodile tears that she doesn't know how her baby, Jaxson died because she was so drunk and high that she doesn't remember anything.. Jaxson suffered extensive injuries including skull fractures, 15 broken ribs a broken right arm and cuts and bruises from head to toe.. But she also BLAMES her 2 autistic sons, aged 6 and 8 who may have been responsible for it as she claims she was sleeping with Jaxson and woke up cause of gall bladder pain in the middle of the night and checked on her 2 sons. But 3 hours later, she "woke up" and found the baby cold and "beat to hell" and said one of her sons must have climbed on the bed and either crushed or beat Jaxson yet she heard nothing!! She said "I'd been drinking, i'd passed out and my baby was killed. I was scared of what might happen. " However she contradicts her initial story as she admits she LIED to police at first but feared her sons would be taken away who have since moved in with a relative. Her attorneys said that her sons were capable of seriously injuring their sibling because they shown aggressive tendencies against other children in the past.
