SableWolfAngel 11/07/17 6:31:11 PM #1:	It's stuck in a boot loop. I took it to one of those independent shops and the guy says either the processor fried, the memory is shot, or it messed up during an update. He tried to get to the boot menu to restore it to a previous state, but on my phone, an HTC 10 on Verizon, the boot menu is locked and he can't find a ROM for it. He said the best thing to do is to send it to HTC to see what they can do. I'm so sad! My poor baby phone! The only thing I could think of to do is to put the SIM card in an older HTC I have and hope it works. But the charging port is broken so it doesn't charge very well and needs to be wrapped in a certain way to even get a connection. It's charging now, but it'll take hours to even get to 50%, and that's when it's off. This sucks! I don't have the money to buy a new phone right now. I hope my current one can be repaired for a decent price. I'm fine if the processor is fried, as long as the memory is functional.
