Unless you also want to complain that undergrad internships are also a form of nepotism. I'm fairly sure as an undergrad working there for a summer you'll be nowhere near as skilled as someone who works there full time. Even then, you'll be on the inside track for a position there when you graduate. Was in one, got my first actual job because of it. Interviewer flat out said he picked my application from the pile as soon as he saw we were in the same one, ended up being hired straight out of the interview. You realize how some brothers never grow up and are the same assholes from college. My frat was a toxic nightmare imo. Encouraged excessive drinking, which led to bad decisions. By my senior year myself and a lot of other senior brothers only went to functions I was forced to. Honestly, you want networking and brotherhood? Join the military.
