peace order a while back. In my state you can get a temporary one until a hearing is held just by asking pretty much. Anyways, they got one and then it was never served to me so I never had to go to court. I found out she had work in DC at 5:15 AM and had to be at the courthouse a hour and a half away at 9:00 AM. She had to do this 5 times before she just didn't show up and it was dismissed. Both of them didn't show up and both were dismissed. Funny how she tried to abuse the judicial system and because I know my rights it just blew up in her face.

Problem is they lied to me about being there to serve paperwork and instead claimed they were there to take a complaint I had already made in writing that they couldn't have possibly known about until after they were already there because of e-mails with the Lt. and the times on them. Things always blow up in these people's faces. It's a bit interesting.

Her husband is charged of 2nd degree assault and their friend is charged with malicious destruction of property. The peace order failed. She missed work trying to get it over dumb shit. The other friend who tried to get the other peace order also missed work and had to have them dismissed after coming to court 5 times. I don't see how you don't understand how this didn't blow up in their face.

Fucking with hunt with the intent to run me out of town. The charges have been sitting there for over 3 years and I went to court 6 times, driving 6 hours away, just to have the case continued over and over and never go to trial. I am not the prosecution so I don't know what's going on on their end but I can tell you I am not guilty of those charges and I am not a pedophile. You think they would have let me leave the state with no conditions of release if they were actually worried? I had a similar presence there to what I have here. They ran me out of town. This town tried but then fucked that up by putting me on probation. Instead of cp charges here though they tried to use the state's wiretapping act. This isn't my first rodeo with a local smalltown government.
