Oh god I didnt remember that line about Mammon burning books so no one else can read them after shes done with them. That makes her line last session a bit more depressing. Last time we read, there was a scene of Ange studying in the bathroom and Mammon asked why she was in here. Do people burn books in this world?

A: If you win a fight with the concept of Envy by being more envious, you have kinda lost something. I dont think thats a victory. If you are that much of a broken person that the concept of Envy is less envious of you I mean, I say this with love, because Kyrie is my favorite, but damn
(We talk for a bit about how I got the information from the wiki, but I didnt see it mentioned in the game itself, so if the wikis wrong, I wouldnt know).
I tried looking in other videos, in the credits for Ep 3 where it usually says so-and-so was stabbed by the Stake of X, but I couldnt find any version that did that with Ep 3. It just said Kyrie, killed on the sixth twilight.
So now Im coming to you guys was it said in some other episode or in a different version who got spiked with which stake? Where did the wiki gets its information? I find it curious that the wiki does it for the first three games, but not the others, so I doubt they just made it up.

A: This is word-for-word what happened in a lets play. Her name was Angie Gallant, and at one point her character got pregnant and she made jokes about how she was happy shed finally have someone to talk to (it was an otome game and the male she accidentally married was a terrible husband)

Also in Japanese do they use separate kanji for shrine and temple or are they both represented by 'miya'? You told me during the 2nd episode to think of what Shannon's little mirror episode could represent and while the most likely option is her smuggling the killer onto Rokkenjima, I also like it being representative of her breaking the Ushiromiya family. Which she is doing by letting "Beatrice" in as well as "stealing" one of the possible heirs. But my symbolic nonsense only makes sense is ushiromiya uses the 'miya' kanji."

I wonder how I should respond to this. I think I'll give her the information she requested on kanji. There's like four different kanji I can think of at the top of my head for shrines/temples, with miya () being just one. Don't they call the destroyed shrine on the island 'yashiro' ()? I'll not say anything regarding her idea about Shannon. Maybe just praise her for doing some deep thinking.

Theres a background of a red spiral and Arria opened the menu to change it to Japanese since there were some nonsense words and she wanted to know what it was in Japanese. The menu was also red and THAT scared her! Yes, this is how easy it is to spook her. Turn your menu red!

I told Arria to keep reading this scene on the boat while I typed up that above part. Then when I came back, I told her to sum up what Ange was talking about with Amakusa and Mammon. She summed it up very nicely! Good job, Arria. And the way she put it, this is building up to the choice in Ep 8. Do you die satisfied you found an answer, or will you die knowing that you will always have something that you want?

The stakes glomp Sakutaro again, acting cute

They talk about Sakutaro having a unique body and thats why Maria and Beatrice couldnt bring him back, since they thought he was gone forever. But Ange can see him in her world. I guess this is more foreshadowing to Sakutaro being mass produced?

A: Holy shit, I havent seen the island in ages. First twilight already?
A: Put down Krauss, because as per usual I dont like him. Kinzo, because I think at this point hes a feature. Or at least his corpse showing up in some manner. Maria wont get it because shes too important. Kyrie wont get it because she hasnt had her chapter of badassery. Lets put Eva, Hideyoshi... and Rosa, because after today, she kinda deserves it. And I dont think the walrus has ever been the first to go, since they always use him to identify bodies, so lets go with him!

First twilight predicts: Krauss, Kinzo, Eva, Hideyoshi, Rosa, Nanjo

Eva calls him Otousama

Maria said Ojiisama, according to the adults, and now I'm curious how the other cousins refer to him.

K: So a lot of Otousamas, but some others thrown in for good measure
