So vivid too. Apparently it's a side effect of SSRI.

I had this horrible dream where I murdered some teenager. I think I had to because he was evil or something.

But the whole scene was very graphic and vivid. I remember every detail, and it took long time too. I punched and strangled him.

Few weeks ago I had a dream I strangled a dog. Which was vivid.

I feel really bad, I can't get these images out of my head.

do you smoke? i do to cope with the dreams. i have awful, emotional nightmares where i often wake up crying or screaming otherwise. when puff puts me to bed it's just a dreamless restful sleep.

I don't smoke anything. If you mean cannabis that's like super illegal in Sweden I don't want to risk it.

I've always had periods of vivid dreams, nightmarish adventures etc. But they came in periods and I never really felt bad about them, just couple of times.

But now it feels enhanced, and sometimes really creepy things.

On the positive side...

Be glad you're getting your aggression out in dreams instead of real life?

The only weird dreams i have are vivid dreams about being someone else doing normal everyday stuff and I know I'm not me but I'm okay with it.

Last night I had one where I was in a sort of boat-submarine thing, and I found a 4 hour and 43 minute copy of Atlantis; The Lost Empire, and said something about "Over four and a half hours of glorious Michael J. Fox!" And then there was some sort of a shipwreck/crash, and I saved myself with a rake. And then it turned out that the ships were transporting injured giant hairless seals. Giant. Hairless. Seals. The seals were even more hurt, and people were trying to decide if they could be saved. Then I woke up.
