For example being smart means nothing. Graduating college is an accomplishment.

Being nice means nothing.
Volunteering for charity is an accomplishment.

It you cant describe yourself with accomplishments you need to accomplish more.

Not really, especially if you haven't accomplished much or downplay your accomplishments. Or if you made mistakes and work to rectify them, but still in the work in progress phase.

I get you mean well, but this isn't universal advice.
