I think The Next Generation have bit of an advantage with the voiceover as it adds a bit of majestic feel to it....so to speak.

-TOS was great for its time but hasn't aged well
-TNG is a classic that stands the test of time and is clearly what Star Trek is about
-DS9 is pretty epic but the mood of it highlights how much of a different show it is compared to TNG
-Voyager tries to copy DS9 and gives off a great exploration vibe instead (before the show devolves into a whole lot of bad writing)
-Enterprise should have used Archers theme instead of that dumbass song (or even an instrumental version of it)
-Discovery is just a bunch of background noise that starts with something recognizable but takes a queue from the Marvel movies to be made to be forgettable

TNG. I dislike the theme song, but that is the best version of the opening voiceover, IMO.
