No, it really didn't. Comet Ping Pong was the most ludicrous and most easily disprovable part of the theory, so it's what everyone latched on to. There was much, much more to it that was swept under the rug.

Well I couldn't tell you what Hillary Clinton's codewords are for since I'm not privvy to the kind of top secret information she would be, but I'm pretty sure that secret island pedo ring is pretty low on the list of possibilities.

There's the obvious fraud that's already come to light. Mainly, conspiring in favor of Hillary in the primaries by feeding her questions in advance and discussing strategies to tear down Bernie's image. That lead to the resignation of both Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Donna Brazile. They didn't even deny it; their defense was just "we're a private organization, we're not obligated to be fair."

The most interesting parts connected to the theory to me were the possible assassinations of both the alleged leaker (Seth Rich) and Justice Scalia. The latter one had a particular, very creepy e-mail that got almost no attention. Look into "Inez Comes to America."

There was an e-mail sent directly to Podesta, framed as a pitch for a "game changing 2016 movie" and its non-existent script. It talks about the "film's" required $1.5 million budget and solicits John Podesta (who has absolutely nothing to do with film production) to select the "content" and "producer" for the film. Excerpts from the fake script mention things like filling a congressman's vacant seat, bank transfers being stopped, the "Russian's plans for the Ukraine" (in a movie that's supposed to be about Mexico), and a large influx of immigrants, among other things. And to top it off, it includes a link to map which points to the exact location Scalia was staying when he was found dead (with a pillow over his face).
