The argument I see from people online and here is that Trump hasn't done anything that affects people on the personal level. It's the argument that the president doesn't matter as much and that liberals are a bunch of babies.
I've collected responses here:

I have a good friend in the military that is trans who has medical issues unrelated to gender or gender transition. So, first and foremost, he went from a proud veteran who fully served his country to a second class citizen with a mental illness in a couple of tweets this morning.
Second, if this disrupts his medical aid in any way his life could be in danger. I don't think that this is likely but who knows anymore?

I have two friends who only have insurance thanks to the ACA. I have met five people in my city who will be counting the number of months they have left to live if their ACA insurance goes away.

A co worker of mine was detained in an airport when the travel ban first hit.

Well, my work depends on NIH funds that Trump's budget would cut dramatically.... I don't think he'll get the cuts that he wants passed, but even the uncertainty is causing delays/making other, traditionally easier to get funding more competitive. If money dries up so does my work.

Also, it was unclear if an Iranian friend (and greencard holder)'s family would be able to visit for the birth of her son due to the travel ban nonsense which has caused her to wonder if she should even stay in the US.

My brother was in the process of applying for a job in the state department at the time of the election, but this administration's priorities have dramatically changed his future career plans.

I have a few family members on Medicaid, including my aunt who was just recently hospitalized through no fault of her own. Cuts to Medicaid could leave her without enough care to get by.

I fell into the category of workers who were supposed to either get overtime pay or a salary increase under the Obama administration's overtime rules, which the Trump administration cancelled before they could be implemented.
I have friends who were covered by DACA and whose future here is now a hell of a lot less certain. I have family members who are in the military and I'm concerned that Trump's ignorance and grandstanding is going to get them sent into an unnecessary war.

If the best Trump supporters can offer is "he hasn't done anything," it's not exactly a ringing endorsement.
