Does the antagonist (Bakugo I think his name is?) ever get very developed? I'm loving the main character and his development in the short time I've watched, but Bakugo just seems Evil...just because. He's pretty boring compared to the rest of the show.

He's not an antagonist, he's Deku's rival. And he's the best character in the entire series

Bakugou isn't the antagonist. He's just Deku's rival. But yes he gets some good development later on in the series.

I haven't read the manga and I've only seen to the end of Season 2 with the anime, but I'm guessing that Bakugo's anger with Deku is going to

Glad to hear it improves. I'm still right around the beginning of the show. I just assumed the story was going to go in the obvious path it was hinting at.
