Will the cravings go away eventually since I've cut back from about 15 a day or will it only make things worse. For the record I haven't had an actual cigarette in 3 weeks, just a few hits from the bong.

No weed is involved.

TC when you say you smoke cigarettes through a bong, do you mean you strictly smoke tobacco through a bong? Please explain exactly how you "smoke cigarettes through a bong."

I don't care about the negative effects of tobacco smoke. My issue is is that I won't for any reason, at least in the foreseeable future, stop smoking 1-2 cigarettes a day through a bong. The problem with this is that there is a good 12 hours of most days where it isn't socially acceptable to be ripping tobacco bongs but I don't want to be a complete grump for those hours.

What I'm asking is will the cravings lessen even though I'm still consuming much smaller amounts of nicotine?

I think we're all on the same page here. I'm not smoking cigarettes, just a sweet mix without the weed. I find that smoking weed by itself is just way too harsh for me, maybe it's because I've always mixed. I haven't had an actual cigarette in 3 weeks, but yeah.

Yeah, I figured as much :/ I just can't handle straight weed, it absolutely kills my throat and I just don't find it enjoyable. Over these 3 weeks though I haven't really had any desire to smoke cigarettes, but my weed smoking has probably gone up 30-40% since only using tobacco in my mix.

Lol, thats like saying "i don't smoke anymore, i only fire up my pipe with some tobacco".

Now, about those cravings i think you keep yourself on the edge of slipping that way. You should get rid of smoking for good, but if you feel like that works for you really well i'd say keep it that way, but keep future goal to stop the small doses too. Quitting is hard as fuck.

Yeah, but the reason behind it, at least to me, isn't an addiction of nicotine... it's an inability to smoke weed without tobacco mixed in.

I've been smoking bongs for like 10 years now, but in Australia 90% of the people I know smoke through a bong with a mix while the other 10% smoke "straight" and they are a bit like unicorns.

You get an extra 5 minute or so buzz from the tobacco. Typing the concept out to a non-cigarette smoker though... I kind of feel like an idiot for continuing with the habit.
