After spending the last 10.5 years at Walmart, I finally am quitting on Thursday for a new opportunity in life insurance. A person under me will call people and set up an appointment. I will be the one who drives out and explains all the different options and signs them up. Even if I get 2 contracts written in a week it is more pay than 1 week's pay at Walmart.

MC40s at Walmart should be called Missing Computer 40s instead of mobile computer because of them never being turned in where they should be and instead are hoarded and hidden.

I've been full-time since around 2010. Since 2015 I've been a CSM so I was pretty much as high as I could go. Even support manager would only be a 30 cent raise for a lot more responsibility so it would not have been worth it to go for it.

As a former IMS, I agree. Me and the managers had some interesting scavenger hunts trying to track them down.
