That reminds me of a bowling story I have.
During one of my early teenage birthdays, I went bowling with a few friends. Just goofing off, my friend did the thing where you turn around and hike the ball between your legs and ended up getting a strike. When it was his turn again, he did the same thing thinking it was too good to be true, and sure enough he got another strike. By the time his next turn came up, I noticed the lanes on both sides of us had their attention on him. He went up there, turned around, threw it between his legs and...he did it. He got the turkey. Our group and the other two lanes started yelling and jumping up and down like our team had just won the super bowl.

He tried it a fourth time and failed miserably, but the achievement had already been completed, and the memory remains forever.

That's pretty cool. In hindsight he should have cashed out at 3, but that's life

The Aggies are mediocre. The Cowboys are falling apart. The Mavs are tanking in Dirk's twilight years. The Rangers aren't good. The Stars can't get over the hump.

At least I can lead the North Texas Mean Green to a 5th consecutive National Title in NCAA '14.

I would have played Rocket League with you if you got it on PS4. Switch players can play with XB1 and PC players, but not PS4.

I'm so glad the Celtics are really good. If there's one thing we need more of, it's Boston sports championships

I watched a little bit of the game and I think the Celtics had the benefit of some iffy calls which led to a lot of extra points. No denying they're good, though. I wish I could relish the fact that LeBron is doing bad without Kyrie Irving, but I also hate Boston so there's no joy to be had.

LeBron is doing fine. The Cavs suck, but everyone who thought Kyrie was insane for wanting to get away from LeBron wasn't just blowing smoke. There were plenty of metrics that showed he was bad without LeBron

You're right, I meant to say the Cavs are doing bad. LeBron is still having a great season. I was thinking more along the lines of how they always coast through the playoffs with little competition, but Boston is not the competition I wanted.

And I also thought Kyrie's choices were as crazy as his theories but he seems to be doing alright in Boston, so good for him for proving people like me wrong.

My Firefox browser just did a big update and broke a lot of my add-ons including gamefox. Now this site looks like crap to me and I can't fix it because my add-ons aren't being updated by the authors for the new update and I'm sad.

You got an adblocker? For me, the site is fine with just an adblocker. They added pretty much all the features that gamefox used to do. I may be wrong though because the last time I used gamefox was a long long time ago

Yeah, I have ublock. It's just that I had custom options and a style set in gamefox so now I'm going to have to get used to colors and quotes looking different.

I thought they stopped supporting Gamefox years ago when I first remember it breaking for me. I've been using Chrome for a long time now anyway. I never used any style options with Gamefox, so the features they have now are fine for me

Today I brilliantly stuck my thumb in a running computer fan. It took a pretty big chunk out so I guess now I won't be able to play video games for a while (among other things) and don't know what to do with my life

I was just using it as an external fan, but had it pointed the wrong way, and tried to move it but forgot that it wasn't enclosed by anything. Like I said, I'm brilliant

Hell no. The trailers looked awful to me.

I don't think it'll be good. I'm more curious about it than anything. Batman v Superman was fascinating in its particular brand of badness, and this one looks really weird too.

I'll watch it when it comes to redbox but I don't have high expectations for it.

I'm probably exaggerating a bit when I say big chunk. I have a bandage on now so I don't want to reassess the damage but it was a few layers of skin deep so I hope it gets back to normal. Anyways I'm sure you all don't want to hear more about my gross thumb

I won't be seeing Justice League, but as you all know I rarely see any movies

Despite saying it looks awful, I'll probably see it when it's on Comcast On Demand or another streaming service.

I will not be seeing Justice League. The only DC movies I've seen are Man of Steel (which was meh) and Wonder Woman (which was good). I heard all the rest are pretty much crap.I want to see Jason Momoa as Aquaman, but it seems really weird that they're releasing Justice League before the Aquaman movie.

Anyway I've been watching Ozark on netflix. It's pretty good. Now I know what life is like for STLCards1991 and Squall7491. I didn't know Missouri is so redneck

I've only been to the Lake of the Ozarks once and it's extremely redneck. Beautiful lake though. I heard the show is decent and people here like it in part because of the familiar setting.

We went to a gift shop in the Ozarks and there were 500 confederate flag items (which you'll all have seen if you've ever been south of the Mason Dixon line) and also there were kids Halloween costumes of confederate soldiers. I did a few dumb things to sabotage their racist business by putting some of their stuff on the floor and hiding other stuff

That's kinda interesting how shows have that effect on regions. I talked to some people from New Mexico a couple years ago and they said everyone brings up Breaking Bad when they say where they're from

Let me know if you see an arcade game where you arm wrestle with a guy. It's like a physical guy made of plastic and he might have like a luchador mask maybe. I only bring it up because there was a sign on it that said as seen in the Netflix show Ozark.
