For MGSO to run on a garbage pc (like mine), use low settings when choosing your options in the installation menus. Also, tweak the .ini file (learn how here http://www.fliggerty.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=4856 ) to get the game to run more efficiently. I just ran the Code Patch, if I do MGSO now will it let me skip that?
I have a GTX 970m, I'm guessing my CPU has the more issue (though it shouldn't be too bad). It's just that when I run MGSO the game feels sluggish even though it appears to stay around 60 fps. I dunno --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

MGSO should skip that. The reason for the sluggish play is that the .ini has the game set to run at 240 fps, and it will always try to do so until you change the .ini.
