Yes, for sure we would.
Consider what already happens. People wear impractical clothing for the conditions all the time, but they do so because it's intended to denote some kind of status they want to be perceived. we'd probably wear even more clothes. Fur is hard to clean and it would help keep dirt off it and also help keep parasites off it.
