Literally in the video. He claims Barnett came to take my report by Lt. Wright's e-mail shows he was already trying to contact me and at my front door when he asked him to take it. This means his purpose to be there was not the report but something else they never disclosed.

The reviewing is irrelevant. The question is "Did he consent to being recorded?" Given that their own policy says they are recorded and he won't deny that they are recorded (what could he review if they aren't recorded) then he consented to being recorded as he already knew he was being recorded by the department.

Barnett was at my door trying to contact me. According to Lt. Wright. So his purpose was what? Lt. Wright then stated that he asked him to take my report. So why was he there prior to contacting Lt. Wright?

I have joint custody. "refusal to medicate". According to who? You don't prescribe me medication. I take all medication as prescribed. Right now I am only prescribed Voldemort though.
