AElaias 10/26/17 11:40:15 AM #4:	I ferment it every 3 weeks with my own culture hotel. Since probiotics in it aid digestion and rebalance blood sugar levels by feeding on the extraneous amounts, I use it for my life. You can buy one off Amazon for $10 a culture to regrow you own perpetually as they multiple as mother-son pieces.
