DawkinsNumber4 10/24/17 11:07:26 PM #1:	2 years of supervised probation is now 1 year unsupervised. Disorderly was thrown out as well leaving the sole charge of "failure to obey". I have credit for 42 days of a 60 day sentence so even if I violated probation that's a max of less than 2 weeks. The wiretapping charges were fudged by the prosecutor. I have 2 case numbers for the same 7 charges now. to the left are my new charges and to the right are my old. Both cases are still active for some reason. One is an "information" (charge by the prosecutor) and one is an indictment (charge by the grand jury). I was told they initially charged me incorrectly.
