In my amazon cart: - Set of knives - Mixing Spatulas - Set of Mixing Bowls - Set of 3 Non stick frying pans - 42 set of containers, it was cheaper than the 24 set. - Cooling rack for baking pan - Cutting board What I have: Measuring cups and spoons Spatulas, mixing spoons, tongs, whisk, things like that Pots and saucepans flat tortilla/griddle like pan oven mitts I want to start cooking more, but I often find myself short on equipment. I dont know if I'm ready for cast iron :( I really want one but I don't wanna ruin it. I think I am going to see if I can stick to it more before I get one.
