I hardly even touch the thing, I can't specifically recall a time I even turned it on since the fight. You'll get a lot of foreigners and get bounced around but they don't have the resources for what you need. Because you went to the credit card company, you've taken that step to say "This company is fraudulent and I no longer want to do business with them." Going that route should always be a last resort. It's not enough money for them to sue you for it so they'll just let it go, but they will cut you off as their customer.
