Yeah. The poll is kind of lacking in that regard. Either you're a Pokfan and getting at least one version and/or buying a 3DS for it, or you're not a fan and/or don't own a 3DS in the first place. A simple yes or no would've actually been more than sufficient.
I'm a fan, but I don't see the need for me to buy USUM, so I'm simply not going to vote in this PotD. I usually don't vote when there's not an option that's general enough to cover me, or it's a poll that I cannot relate to. ... Copied to Clipboard!

i skipped the gameboy advance on it was too plain, looked like the others
skipped the DS one, didn't know whether it was 2d or 3d, even in 2d it looked like it was compensating for something pokemon 3ds was just bland, unimaginative story, pretty boring writing, awful tiny levels pokemon yellow is worth playing pokemon silver is worth playing these new games definitely aren't and the amount of hand holding makes your early selection of characters not as big of a deal, they can be swapped out like blow up sex dolls on a saturday night --- Bloodborne's Themes Explored https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5f3i8alJvl-eEpsSEx1cENUekU/view ... I played RBY, GSC, and then skipped until XY. I like the series, but I don't feel the need to play every one.

I haven't bought the upgraded version of each generation since Emerald. I just don't really see a reason anymore.
