When Subway asks what kind of cheese, it doesn't matter to me (BTW, what is the best cheese there?). When companies advertise their pizzas containing 2 or more cheeses, I wouldn't be able to tell.

well subway cheese is like, white cheddar, orange cheddar, and then a shredded cheese that's just white and orange cheddar iirc. so not the best way to tell the difference

I get provolone at Subway, but they don't put much on their sandwiches, so it's easy for the cheese taste to get overwhelmed.

Well, it's hard to discern tastes between cheeses when they are melted together or they're drowned out with way too much lettuce and aren't that high-quality to begin with. Are these the only situations in your life you've had cheese? If you just ate different cheeses by themselves, you'd obviously be able to tell a difference between some. Granted, I would have a hard time explaining the flavors, but I just know.

Pizza
Subs
Sandwiches
Burgers
Mozarella Sticks
Macaroni

I wouldn't be surprised if the only cheese I ever actually had in my life was just cheddar, swiss, mozarella. Not to mention that there's a good chance I only ever had processed cheese.

Cheddar, Swiss and mozzarella have pretty distinct tastes from each other, so idk, maybe you have weak taste buds

Subway doesn't use proper cheeses, that's probably why. Go out and actually spend more than a couple dollars on good cheese, some crackers too and thank me later.

How about I make you a pizza with American cheese instead of mozzarella. We'll see just how little you can tell the difference ^_^

i'd actually try that. probably won't be as good but i'm betting i'd still like it enough. I also put Parmesan cheese on my pizza sometimes, well it still has the mozzarella too but yeah.

edit: I also sometimes melt american cheese into spaghetti. got the idea from a place I used to eat at as a kid. cept they just had it melted over the top of it, not mixed in. they called it baked spaghetti.

Defiantly a difference between Red Leicester and Stilton. Personally I like a stronger cheese with Red Leicester being my favourite.

You should try a cheese sampler. They definitely have different tastes, smells and textures.

Yeah. British cheese so. Not sure what cheese they have or don't have in other countries. Although I suppose most have Mozzarella and that's weak. Perhaps something like Pepper Jack cheese will help.

When it comes to Cheese yes. They also bought out Cadbury over here that used to make great Chocolate. However since Kraft put their grubby paws all over it Cadbury has gone downhill.

No, it's not. It's not that good, either, but it's not as awful as some people make it sound. It has its place on a burger. Not so much on a pizza.
