I need to get air in my tires. which begs the question can I just go to a gas station and use the air for car tires? obviously not filling the tire up as much

Not that I am specifically wanting to do things of this nature i was thinking i could take that pill of X I bought a few months ago, but I also dont feel like feeling horrible at the tail end when I have to go back to work even if the peak is great.
