Bloodborne for a solid overall experience. Fairly easy to platinum too if you're into that. And on that note Dark Souls 3. It's like a polished and reimagined 1 with more of a Bloodborne vibe.

Witcher 3 for a very large RPG if you're into getting lost into lore or tons of exploration/side content.

I played some of Dying Light awhile back and enjoyed it, but the weapons available always felt underwhelming. I think I relied mostly on molotovs (and fall damage?) to kill zombie crowds. I hear you get a lot more guns later on, so that had some appeal.

PS: Don't wander around at night.

After you level up some, better weapons (particularly bladed ones) start showing up.;
